Full job description
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our friendly office within the Property Management department, to provide administrative support and to assist with the general day to day duties, including updating spreadsheets, creating work orders, processing invoices, and working closely with the Property Manager.
For this position excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is important, and you must be methodical and value attention to detail. There is also the opportunity of career progression within the role.
Key Tasks:
Training for the Property Management software will be provided in our Norwich office and as the business continues to grow, some aspects of this role may change to align with business needs.
This role would suit someone organised and proactive, with previous administrative/office experience and who is competent in using Microsoft Office packages, such as Word, Excel and Outlook
