Graduate Commercial Surveyor Role

Formal Qualifications: RICS accredited degree in a property related discipline.
Norfolkâs leading independent commercial property consultants are looking to recruit a commercial graduate surveyor. Based in Norwich, you will assist with a range of tasks across a variety of disciplines within Commercial Property.

- Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and confident when learning new technologies and data systems.
- Be willing to work towards professional membership with our support.
- Ensuring you develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients
- Be comfortable attending client meetings and preparing communications and reports.
- Ability to deal with a variety of work.
- Confidence to communicate effectively.
- Effective time management and organisation.
- Negotiation skills.
- Be able to work independently.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
Principal tasks will be to assist with a variety of the following:
- Agency (including leasing/lettings and purchase/sale)
- Valuation (including formal RICS Red Book Valuations)
- Landlord and Tenant (including rent reviews and lease renewals)
- Inspection, and Measurement.
- Property Management
- Taking an active role in property viewings
- Assisting with the marketing of a range of commercial properties within the retail, office and industrial sectors.
- Developing your skills, experience, and competency to gain chartered status.
- Assisting in the day to day running of the office
